About the Role
SHIPPING CLERK
This position is responsible for preparation of all paperwork related to release orders to our customers, including
communications with customer, BOL's, ID labels (OWK), etc., confirming all ASN's and other customer required
documentation either at customer website and/or the ERP system. Duties include printing, scanning, recording, and
storing files and electronic information as required to minimize customer complaints and ensure ASN's submission in a
timely manner.
