About the Role

Structural Welder - Fab Shop Mako Industries is seeking an experienced Structural Welder skilled in 2G, 3G, and 4G

welding positions to join our fabrication shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding

structural steel components according to blueprints, welding procedures, and quality standards while maintaining a safe

and productive work environment. Perform FCAW, SMAW, and/or GMAW welding on structural steel components. Weld in 2G, 3G,

and 4G positions to code and company standards. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.

Fit, tack, and weld structural assemblies including beams, columns, plates, stairs, and miscellaneous metals. Operate
