About the Role
Loader Operator SAN ANTONIO, TX Field POSITION SUMMARY The Loader Operator assists with operating and eventually becomes
proficient in independently operating a front-end loader to support construction activities, including material
handling, base preparation, asphalt placement, and site cleanup. This role requires strong attention to safety,
communication, and equipment operation while supporting a productive and organized jobsite. YOUR ROLE Assists with
operating a front-end loader under direct supervision to move materials such as asphalt, gravel, spoils, and debris.
Operates loader to load haul trucks, transport spoils, and perform backfill with guidance from senior operators.
