About the Role

SMT/AOI Machine Operator We are seeking a skilled SMT/AOI Machine Operator to join our team in Richardson, Texas. The

successful candidate will perform equipment set-up, operation, and adjustments with minimal supervision, ensuring

optimal performance in electronic manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Perform equipment set-up, operation, and

adjustment for products of varying difficulty. Coordinate with team members to set up machines according to set-up

sheets. Operate AOI and SPI equipment, preferably Kohyoung, to detect defects such as soldering issues and misaligned

components. Provide programming and technical support for SMT process equipment used in PCBA manufacturing, including
