About the Role

Sub Arc Welder Willbanks Metals, Inc. is hiring a skilled Sub Arc Welder to support production in our Welding

Department. This role is responsible for setting up and operating submerged arc welding equipment to produce quality

welds on plate, structural components, and fabricated assemblies. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable,

safety-focused, and ready to contribute immediately in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Set up, operate, and

monitor submerged arc welding equipment to complete production welds per drawings and welding procedures. Interpret

blueprints, weld symbols, process travelers, and job requirements before welding begins. Select correct wire, flux, and
