Role Summary A Sushi Cook at Vandelay Hospitality Group is responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes with
precision, creativity, and an eye for detail. The Sushi Cook plays a key role in ensuring that our guests have an
exceptional dining experience by preparing sushi that meets our standards of excellence. Our goal is to make everyone
feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed, while exceeding expectations of all. Key Responsibilities ~ Prepare a
variety of sushi dishes including sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls ~ Ensure all sushi items are prepared with the highest
quality ingredients and presented beautifully ~ Maintain a clean and organized sushi station ~ Adhere to all food safety
