About the Role
Supervisor, Driver Operations, Road Transport US Houston The Supervisor, Driver Operations is responsible for overseeing
the day-to-day activities of company drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations. This
role provides leadership and support to a team of drivers while coordinating operational activities that promote on-time
delivery, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Supervisor, Driver Operations works
closely with operations leadership, customer service teams, and drivers to optimize routing, monitor performance, and
resolve operational challenges. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation
