Technician Maintenance

About the Role

STRUCTURAL TECHNICIAN - CARPENTER Under general supervision performs maintenance on building structural equipment to

include but not limited to doors, door hardware, dry wall, wall framing systems, suspended ceilings, entry systems and

floor covering systems. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: Detail-oriented Problem solving and decision making Essential

Duties Summary - Inspects building systems. Modify spaces with structural wall modification. Documents discrepancies.

Maintains building structure repairs. Maintains building equipment as required. Performs recoating, paint, and drywall.
