About the Role

Groundskeeper At Kairoi, we create exceptional living experiences at high-performing multifamily communities that

deliver long-term value to investors, associates, and the residents who live there. As a Groundskeeper, you are

responsible for helping the community look vibrant, clean, and welcoming for current and future residents. You are the

champion of community appearance! You will ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells,

parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris. You may help with the make-ready process

of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc. You will assist in routine community inspections and
