About the Role

At IAA, our tow truck drivers are dedicated to delivering top-notch towing services. They handle inbound and outbound

towing of light-duty vehicles, such as motorcycles and travel trailers, for a diverse customer base. Timely pickup and

delivery of vehicles, communication with customers and dispatchers, and completion of all necessary paperwork, including

title verification, are integral parts of their responsibilities.

Our drivers are committed to meeting performance goals, ensuring safe and damage-free towing, and performing minor

mechanical functions for the proper operation of tow trucks. They operate company vehicles safely, complying with all
