Courteously and professionally interacts with bereaved family members; exhibits sensitivity to environment; obtains

signatures as requires; minimizes conversation Runs office errands such as post office, office supplies, food, or

similar Transports caskets to airports, care centers, or cemeteries; may assist with moving caskets May update software
