well-maintained environment to ensure Advanced Pain Care and Advanced Surgical Center sites are ready for business

daily. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING : • Responsible for ensuring that the electrical and

mechanical aspects of all facilities perform effectively and efficiently. This may include air conditioning, elevators,

fire safety systems and other mechanical systems, as well as ensuring the distribution of electricity, heating, lighting

and water supplies • Complete and document scheduled maintenance and work orders in CMMS (computerized maintenance
