About the Role
2nd Shift Van Driver The 2nd Shift Van Driver is responsible for driving the hotel's shuttle van, providing safe
transportation for hotel guests. Additional destinations and driving tasks may be assigned by management as well as
other duties when the van is not operating. Responsibilities: Acquire all necessary arrival and departure information
from the Front Desk. Coordinate pick-up, drop-off, and express check-in process with the Front Desk. Complete all
pick-up and drop-off runs as assigned. Communicate check-in venue and hotel information to guests. Assist guests with
luggage and baggage handling and familiarize them with the conference center. Assist in the storage of guest luggage.
