About the Role

Helping people sleep well so they live well is at the core of what we do. From picking and loading the correct

merchandise to ensuring on time arrival and product setup, our supply chain team ensures that the final step of the

Mattress Firm shopping experience goes smoothly. When you work in our warehouses, you'll play a vital part in helping

people sleep well so they live well every day. Warehouse Environment Load and unload product from delivery trucks and

vendor shipments. Stage deliveries. Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule. Inspect products for defects and

damages when receiving or shipping. Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service. Participate in
