Warehouse Supervisor This supervisory role is responsible for overseeing a team of pickers/selectors to ensure accurate,

efficient, and timely fulfillment of customer orders, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key

Responsibilities ~ Supervise and coordinate the activities of order pickers/selectors on assigned shifts. ~ Monitor team

performance to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with operational procedures. ~ Train, coach, and mentor

staff on order picking techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices. ~ Conduct shift briefings and communicate

goals, updates, and expectations. ~ Assist with workforce planning, including shift scheduling and task assignments. ~
