Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Area Groundskeeper for our properties in
Houston, Texas. Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred Excellent customer
service and time management skills required Have a customer-focused attitude and be a collaborative team player.
