About the Role

Welder Helper Join our team as a Welder Helper where you will play a vital role in assisting our welders in preparing

materials. You will primarily engage in grinding materials using a hand grinder, making it a labor-intensive role. As an

all-around shop helper, you will also perform other duties such as material setup, shop clean-up, and organization.

Responsibilities Assist welders in preparing materials using various hand tools and equipment. Perform grinding of

materials with a hand grinder. Set up materials for welding and fabrication. Conduct shop clean-up and organization

tasks. Essential Skills At least 2 years of experience as a Welder Helper. Proficiency in using a grinder. Additional
