XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for Welders (Level 1)! Location: Terrell, TX 75160 Pay Rate: $15.00- $20.00

Hourly (DOE) Shifts Available: ~1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM ~2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM

– 2:30 AM ~ Overtime is mandatory when required. Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and motivated Welders (Level 1) to

support production operations. This role is responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality custom products while

maintaining strict tolerances and adhering to company standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily functions as

directed by jobs, supervisors, and/or leads to maintain production output standards Learn and apply new fabrication
