About the Role

AES Drilling Fluids is seeking a skilled Welder based in Midland, TX or surrounding areas to lead and execute

field-based construction and maintenance projects. This hands-on role combines welding and fabrication expertise with

project management responsibilities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple sites. Affordable medical
